I first met Mike Simoneau Jr., from Geri Reilly Real Estate, when he was representing my son in buying a house. My son would keep me informed of the offers Mike was making on various properties, and I was impressed by how Mike structured these offers. When my son successfully closed on a house, I decided to have Mike sell a condo for me.  Mike was always very accessible, responding quickly to an email or phone call. With the market in some turmoil, he negotiated the various offers in a very knowledgeable way. Eventually we successfully closed at a good price. I strongly recommend Mike as your realtor, as he is also an extremely nice person.
