She came over, told us what we should fix, how to stage, gave us a realistic estimate of what our home was worth, and answered all of our questions. We had a good experience working with Geri and Wendy to purchase a home. They both took the time to answer our questions quickly and were very prompt in arranging private showings to several houses.
