Worked with Mike Lucas at Geri Reilly to purchase a house in the summer of 2022. The housing market was so nuts and homes were selling in a matter of days and even hours, but Mike was always super fast to respond to my messages, set up home showings really quickly, and I think if you're serious about buying, getting your foot in the door early and ASAP is key. I cannot thank Mike enough for his dedication and lightning-quick communication. He and the whole GR team were also really organized and on top of helping me jump through all of the hoops required in the home buying process, which otherwise would have been extremely stressful as a first-time home buyer.

Just over a month ago, I saw a home listed on Zillow that I thought would be perfect for a short term rental. After some conversations with my family, we felt it would be best to sell my current rental property in order afford this new place. Liam helped me immensely by quickly finding highly qualified buyers for the property I sold (who offered more than I was asking) and by assisting me on negotiating for the property we purchased. Given that this was a complex transaction in terms of taxes, I had to buy and sell the properties on the same day in order to incur a tax savings. Even though we only had a 5-6 week window, Liam and his team were able to execute this for me which I am very grateful for. We were on a tight timeline with a baby on the way and Liam helped us find and close on a home in less than 4 months in a very competitive market. While we were viewing homes, Liam was very quick to notify us of new listings and set up showings for us, usually within minutes of a posting. He understood our requirements for a home and reviewed the information reports with us on each house before we visited. We worked with Mike looking for a new home near Burlington, VT while selling our property in Boston. Mike was incredibly accommodating with remote house walkthroughs to save us many multi-hour drives.
