I had a great experience working with Liam, he is knowledgeable, responsible and communicative throughout the process, he is a true gentleman that has very good manners, he never pushes you to make hasty decisions. And on top of that, he would advise honestly considering my needs and financial situations, but still, he would happily take me to tour houses of difference price range and type just for me to gain some intuition. I would recommend Liam to anyone that's interested in buying a house in Vermont.

Fantastic doesn't even begin to describe our experience! We worked with Liam as our agent for months. He was so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, caring, and more. He worked around our crazy schedule and managed to help us find a house in the crazy COVID market. He helped us stay focused and never showed any signs of frustration when we saw house after house after house after house for months. I believe we saw an average of 6 house a week with him for quite some time. Being quite pregnant, he was patient and understanding with my slow walking and caution with some homes. My husband being knowledgeable on construction, he was patient when we got picky about certain things. Liam answered every question we had an ensure we understood everything told to us. He even helped us find a great place to get pre-approved for a loan early on in our search. Once we found a house and had an offer accepted, we got the whole team helping us out. Everyone we worked with was just as kind, just as helpful, just as knowledge as Liam. As first time home buyers, I'm sure we asked some dumb questions but no one ever made us feel like they were dumb. They took they time to answer our questions and ensure we understood at every step in the process. They even helped provide a list of inspections and lawyers, kept us informed at every step along the way, and overall made the entire process less scary and daunting. I cannot recommend them more! If we ever sell and/or ever want to buy again, it is a no-brainer of who to go with!

Mike is simply awesome. We bought a townhouse that was being built in a really competitive market. He listened to our wants/needs and showed us potential homes until we found our townhouse. He was great about answering all of our questions (which were a lot considering we have never bought a house before) in a timely manner. We really felt comfortable asking him questions. Geri listed and sold an apartment house for us recently. If there were more stars I would give her and her team 10!! We were under contract in four days and from there on everything was handled with professionalism and expertise. Geri sold us two homes previously in 1986 and 1992 and I wouldn't have anyone else handle my real estate needs. She knows the real estate business inside and out. First I would like to say that we just bought our fifth house. Never have we had such a helpful, informed and available brokerage as Geri Reilly Real Estate. There was no question or concern or negotiation that was too complex or too small for Geri to handle as we closed the deal for an antique house in our new state of Vermont. We had a great experience working with Geri Reilly Real Estate to purchase a condo in Burlington.  Geri and her colleague Liam O'Reilly were completely on top of the transaction, with Liam providing a generous initial Zoom tour of the place, then zooming the inspection, and finally providing our walk through prior to closing. In the meantime, both Gerry and Liam were prompt and accurate with all of the necessary documents, and provided excellent tools to make the transaction remotely. They answered all our questions quickly, and stepped up to provide recommendations for our mortgage company, inspector, and our closing team, all of whom were great.
