Is there a way to rate six stars? We were moving from out of state and needed a local realtor. We were referred to Reilly Simoneau at Geri Reilly Real Estate. As a graduate of UVM, she had extensive knowledge of the area surrounding the university and medical center. She worked hard for us because we were out of state and we couldn’t be in town for the closing. She helped us find painters for the inside and met them when we were not around. She is gifted, honest and insightful in her business dealings and, I suspect, she will be the top realtor in the area after her Mom/mentor retires. We cannot recommend Reilly enough! We worked with Reilly on our move from Alaska to Vermont this summer, and she continually went above and beyond. From scheduling viewings during our limited time here in Vermont, to conducting virtual viewings while we were still in Alaska. She helped us write multiple offers, coordinated home and septic inspections and even coordinated the legal aspect of our closing. She was always available to answer whatever questions we had, and we never felt forced or coerced in any way whatsoever. She was patient, kind, and easy to work with. Liam was fantastic to work with. I never felt rushed and he allowed to me take my time and make sure I was making the best decision for myself while still counseling on what I should expect through the process. He was very responsive and reached out whenever there was anything that I needed to know about the status of my purchase or new information that had filtered in.

Choosing the right realtor is the key in buying or selling your house no matter how great your property . I struggled selling my house in S Burlington during the high season although everyone said your house is beautiful. When fall hit , i was hopeless that my house will ever be sold . I decided to leave that (national big name) real estate and work with a local one . Geri was my first choice as she is local and knows her business. I was able to get offers during the slow dead season of winter. Geri knows the keys , she’s very reliable and aware about everything in the market. Without Geri, It wouldn’t have happened
