Geri Reilly is a true professional! We hired Geri and her team to sell our house we had lived in for 25+ years. Before we met with Geri, we had considered doing a for sale by owner. I am so glad we did not go that route! It soon became evident what Geri brought to the table that we could not do ourselves: First of all, before we even committed to signing with her, she came over and toured our house with fresh eyes. In a respectful manner, she pointed out inexpensive things that we could do prior to listing that would make a big difference when selling. Along the way, she gave us referrals for a handyman and an electrician, both of whom were very dependable and reasonable. Geri knows the market! She sold our house for more than we even thought we could get. Had we listed it ourselves, we would have underpriced it! The biggest thing that Geri was able to do for us that we would not have been able to do for ourselves was bring a buyer before the house even hit MLS! She showed the house once, and we had a contract within a couple of days for full asking price! Geri calmed our nerves throughout the whole process just by being so responsive, confident, pleasant, and on top of the entire process. We had a family emergency five days prior to the closing. Geri not only arranged for a cleaner to come in after our stuff was moved out, but paid for it out of her own pocket! That was above and beyond!

Susannah was excellent in helping us buy our home. Most of our search was done while we lived outside of Vermont and Susannah was great at immediately notifying us of new listings, taking (good) videos of listings, and being honest with us about the pros and cons about the property. She was also generally great to work with.

Geri is a consummate professional and excellent negotiator. She got us a great deal on our first home and made sure all the permitting was in order. We would definitely recommend her.
