I recently moved to Vermont and worked with Liam to find the house that fit my needs and budget. Liam was extremely flexible and was able to coordinate showings quickly. His knowledge of the area, knowledge of the process, and his negotiation skills helped immensely in getting me into a home. We ended up with Liam through Zillow when we wanted to see a property. We are so glad that we got him as our buying agent. We moved from out of State and Liam guided us through the process very nicely and professionally. He is not an arm twister and explained all pros and cons of each property he showed us. Answered all our questions and his response time is very quick. He went above and beyond to find additional information for us. The closing went very smoothly and we closed within a month. My husband and I couldn't be happier to have been teamed up with Liam for our house purchase in Vermont! Liam has been the perfect real estate agent and person in our journey to find a home in Vermont from out of state. He knew about every area and always could answer our questions. The first time I recall was when we were looking at a house, and he heard after the fact that some people had noticed an issue with the neighborhood. He called us after 5 pm, telling us about it. We said we were OK with it, but he insisted on driving 20 minutes out of his way to show us the neighborhood (virtually) again. That was so well beyond the standard for excellence, we were blown away. The second time was when we took a last-minute trip up here to look at places. We wanted to meet with him once to maybe do a house showing, but he managed to take the majority of a day to drive us around Vermont to explain all the different areas and pros and cons. Once we finally got out here, after closing, he continued working with us. He's given advice about local things and stepped in to personally help when the previous owner failed on their end. You're in the best hands with Liam and will quickly see a friendly, nice man brimming with integrity, intelligence, compassion, and insight.

Just over a month ago, I saw a home listed on Zillow that I thought would be perfect for a short term rental. After some conversations with my family, we felt it would be best to sell my current rental property in order afford this new place. Liam helped me immensely by quickly finding highly qualified buyers for the property I sold (who offered more than I was asking) and by assisting me on negotiating for the property we purchased. Given that this was a complex transaction in terms of taxes, I had to buy and sell the properties on the same day in order to incur a tax savings. Even though we only had a 5-6 week window, Liam and his team were able to execute this for me which I am very grateful for.
